Speed Power Conditioning

Speed Power Conditioning Clinics

Mission:  To encourage young athletes, boys and girls, to focus and complete three basic and important areas of training which can be applied to all youth sports.

These clinics will run for four weeks (April and May),

three times a week (M, T, Th),

one hour and fifteen minutes per session (6:00—7:15 pm or 7:30-8:45 pm).

Each clinic (12 sessions) is $200 per child.
